Giving to Give Marketing

How familiar are you with the concept of "Giving to Give"? 

Many times people are "Giving to Get" and wonder why they don't get anywhere. When you give back without any strings attached you rise higher in the universe and enter into better alignment with the "Law of Attraction". Now, you may think this is hooky, but when you focus on how you can give to people without expecting anything in return, you then are rising above the norm. 

Almost all marketing is centered around "Giving to Get". Placing a phone number so someone can call and hopefully purchase your products, or offering a special price to purchase in the next ten minutes. You get the picture, expecting to get something in return. Most people don't want to be sold they want to discover so when you give without expecting returns you allow them to discover. 

It's OK to ask for an email address when giving information as long as you are going to continue to give information, and then let the person discover whether they want what you are offering or not. When you collect the name and email address to send them more information all you are doing is continuing to give. Some people say "well you are expecting to get the name, email address, and phone number, that's "Giving to Get" isn't it. No! its getting a pathway to delivering more information to lead to discovery. 

You have probably noticed a plethora of free video's and content floating around the Internet lately, with more free content being developed daily. This is because people are starting to discover, Ha there is that word again DISCOVER, that the more information that you send to people the more they will learn. The more people learn the more they will discover their own self and rise to their potential. 

There is so much crap in the media and on TV that leads people down a path of failure and complacency and many are tired of it. They are looking for information on how to better their lives, therefore they want to get as much content as they can to determine whether who they are listening to is the best teacher or not. If someone is looking for a mentor to help them build their business they want to make sure they are getting a good one. How else can they discover if they can't check out the person ahead of time. Everyone is a magnificent human being with capabilities greater then what they even know, and they have within them the desire to learn the right ways to get to any end result. They must discover!
