Dr. Raymond Jewell's Jaguar Marketing Tip #1

In putting together a home business one of the most important things to do is put together a plan. You have probably heard the phrase "Plan your work and work your plan". This is an important part of starting and running a home business. One of the major reasons that home businesses fail is because they have no plan. Without a plan you are almost guaranteeing that you fail. With a plan you are guaranteeing that your chances of failure are less.

The first part of our mentoring process is developing a plan and then putting the plan in motion. We work with all of our systems owners to make sure that the plan they develop is a viable one and not something that is unachievable. The plan has to be strategic, and one that takes into consideration all the unknown variables that could inhibit your success. A good plan is really a mini business on paper, and has had every conceivable inefficiency worked out before the actual business is implemented. The plan must be one that can go from paper to reality with little difficulty. It has to be a paper business.

Working the plan out on paper is the hardest part, then when the implementation process begins the execution of it is second nature. Although the injection of the "human element" and "reality" may cause some of the processes and procedures to have to be changed, the long term focus is there, and allows the home business owner to always see the big picture letting them know that any obstacle that pops up is not a major event in the grand scheme of things.

In putting together a good plan there are some questions that need to be asked. You can find many of the questions at http://homebusinessduediligence.com and also http://10kweekhomebusiness.com . These sites will give you resources that you can go to anytime to learn about home business failures and why they happen.

Dr. Raymond Jewell's Jaguar Marketing System comes with our own propriety system integrated into it called "Partner Development Program" that enables all of our system owners to know where they are every step of the way and make sure that they are not flying by the seat of their pants. This "Partner Development Program" is only found in our Jaguar Marketing System. No other system can use it.

If you would like to learn more about our system please feel free to call 610-280-7000 and ask for Rachel Coleman. She will arrange for one of our associates to contact you with further information about our system.
